but i think that unsatuated fatty acid will give rise to a kind of lipoprotein, the HDLP (it may be mis-identified by the public as the 'GOOD' cholesterol), which can reduce the cholesterol content. The reduction of cholesterol level can help to reduce the case of cardiovascular disease.
